Really the welcome is me welcoming me back to a presence on this blog :) and welcoming you to the in-process re-invention of this endeavor...deepening its direction with more on Yin and Yang practices, balance on and off the mat, opportunities to connect with me and many others as we each build our practice, revolutionize our lives, get down to the truth of it all!
Another example of how you can wake up to one little piece at a time for a moment only and then slip off in to oblivion. That's been me with blogging. I haven't been in a long while, and there's lots percolating. So, right now, I am stepping up to regularly share some of these adventures; it is just rocking right now. I am meeting so many of you and I dearly want to stay in touch and share so much!
