Today's practice is mindfulness of laughter.
Notice when you laugh, how you laugh, where you are laughing, what
parts of your body are laughing (eyes, face, belly, heart, whole
body), if it's a chuckle or a giggle or belly laugh, if it is a laugh
of celebration, humor, nervousness, wonder, desperation... Notice if
you're alone or with others and where laughter connects you and/or
disconnects you. Whatever it is, see if you can focus on the body
experience rather than the mind experience and explore.
